The practical bits
Delivery
We deliver nationwide from our Essex warehouse; slabs are craned/forklift-offloaded. Exact zones, lead times and charges are confirmed per order.
Viewings & appointments
The Ongar warehouse holds the full stock and is open Mon–Fri 8am–6pm— book ahead and we’ll pull and dry-lay your shortlist before you arrive. The Vauxhall showroom is a curated space, visited by appointment. Book a viewing.
Holds & reservations
Every slab carries a live status — Available, On Hold, Reserved, or Sold. Trade account holders can place a 72-hour hold on specific slabs while a project is confirmed; reservations beyond that are agreed with the team. Some blocks are sold as Full Block Only.
Trade accounts
Fabricators and stone masons, kitchen & bathroom companies, architects and designers, and developers can apply. Trade pricing is confidential and visible once you’re logged in; applications are reviewed and approved within one business day. Apply for a trade account.
Samples
We can usually provide sample pieces of stones in stock — but with natural stone, the block is the truth. Every block is one of a kind, so we always recommend viewing your actual slabs before committing.
Payment terms
Terms are confirmed on your order confirmation. Approved trade accounts are invoiced through their account; slabs are allocated to you once the order is confirmed.
